SPECIAL SEMINARS The Director/The Producer/The Writer. Who they are, their functions, responsibilities and how performers can work with them better to collaborate a successful show. (This thought-provoking Q&A style seminar shall feature each (on-panel) a prominent NYC-based director, producer, writer. Moderator to be announced. 2 hours The Business of the Business and its Effects on You. The Who/What/When/Where/Why and How of the live stage, motion pictures and television world. What every performer needs to know but oftentimes isn’t prepared to hear. 3 hours Working in Film/TV and how it Differs from Live Stage (and no its not as obvious as it appears). NYC-based performers who have migrated between NY/LA and back to NYC explain the ups and downs of the industry from all three media. 3 hours
